Registration with ModuGo is fast and simple! Buyers will only need to complete the "Sign Up" section below. Sellers and Service Providers will need to complete the "Sign Up" and the "Account Verification" sections.
Sign Up (all user roles)
- Buyers: Simply click on “Sign Up” at the top of the homepage and enter your info/username/password.
- Sellers: Simply click on “Sell With Us” at the top of the homepage and enter your info/username/password.
- Service Providers: Simply click on “Partner With Us” at the top of the homepage and enter your info/username/password.
Step 2: You will be sent an email to verify your email address. Click on the link, sign in and you are ready to go!
Account Verification* (sellers and service providers)
Step 1: Secure Verification Information – Go to General Settings – Business Info and provide the brief information requested. (Business Name, EIN, Address, Phone #)
- In order to comply with federal Know Your Customer (KYC) laws, we are also required to verify the name, DOB and last 4 digits of the SSN for one individual at your company. * (To learn more - https://fin.plaid.com/articles/kyc-basics)
Step 2: Secure Bank Account Linking* – Simply go to General Settings – Payment Details – Incoming Payments (sellers/service providers) to add your account.
- To make sure that you get paid after one of your units sells, you will need to link a bank account with your ModuGo account before listing.
- After providing this information, Stripe generally completes the verification in a matter of minutes. You will receive an email indicating that you are verified and that you are ready to list!
